In Memory of FCLB's Recent Loss
Dr. Biser is survived by Lena, his wife of 46 years. Condolences may be sent to: 10505 Lake Gardens Drive, Dallas, TX 75218.
As a child he was afflicted with a speech disorder—and ultimately it was a chiropractor who helped resolve his difficulty. Dr. Perreten made a career change from veterinary medicine to chiropractic and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Missouri and practiced for over 50 years. He is quoted as saying, "Chiropractic has advanced since 1949 due to several factors: public recognition, exposure, credibility in the court system, and educational standards among chiropractors." Donations may be made in his honor to the Alzheimer's Association in Houston or the Texas Chiropractic College. |
