Special Goodbyes

The FCLB warmly thanks Drs. Larry Gerstein (MO) and Jim Powell (OH) for their years of dedication and service to the Federation Board. You both remain always a close part of the Federation family!

Dr. Larry Gerstein is noted for his easy smile and firm foundation in regulation. During his tenure as FCLB President, he developed a communication source which is now FCLB Regulatory Relay, and represented the FCLB at various meetings. He has served as a board member for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners since 1995 and is President of the Missouri Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Jim Powell led FCLB District II by organizing several regional meetings and representing boards throughout the eastern US and Canada. He also represented the FCLB as the CCGPP liaison and served on numerous FCLB committees.
