Actions Taken on December 9, 2002
The Commission denied reaffirmation of accreditation, continued
accreditation, and placed the following on Probation:
Life University, Marietta, Georgia
For twelve months for failure to comply with the following sections of the
Criteria: Section 1.4 (Condition of Eligibility Thirteen); Section II
(Institutional Purpose), Section 3.1 (Planning and Evaluation: Educational
Programs), Section 3.2 (Planning and Evaluation: Administrative and Educational
Support Services), Section 4.2.4 (Undergraduate Instruction), Section 4.3.5
(Graduate Instruction), Section 4.6 (Continuing Education, Outreach and Service
Programs), Section 6.1.2 (Governing Board), and Section 6.3.1 (Financial
Resources).
