2001
The Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards has mailed the registration form required for voting authority to all member chiropractic
regulatory boards. Per FCLB By-laws, voting delegate(s) and voting alternates are
required to register with the FCLB office no later than 30 days prior to its annual meeting to be held Saturday, April 7, 2001, in San
Antonio, Texas.
Forms or requests on official letterhead must be postmarked or faxed no
later than Tuesday, March 6, 2001.
