You will learn why Seattle has been named one of America's most livable cities! A friendly guide will give historical background on the area, point out interesting landmarks, as well as give insider tips on special shopping and sightseeing areas.

The first stop begins at Seattle's historic Pike Place Market, where guests will be treated to coffee or tea and delicious pastries. There will be time to shop and explore this fascinating area, and easy-to-read maps will be provided for those who wish to return on their own. After a tour of the market highlighting the history behind the market, guests will board the bus for Pioneer Square, location of Seattle's top art galleries. The tour will include a stop at one of Seattle's many glass-blowing studios.

A drive over one of Seattle's two floating bridges will provide views of beautiful Lake Washington and its surrounding homes. A stop at the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks will show how the area's fresh and salt waters meet, and you will enjoy the underwater viewing at the adjoining salmon ladders. The next stop will take your guests to the Seattle Center, home of the Space Needle, the Monorail and Paul Allen's new Experience Music Project. The Seattle Center was built in 1962 for the World's Fair and now houses the Pacific Science Center. Our tour will end with a trip to Alki Beach for a breathtaking view of the Seattle skyline.

Tour length will be three hours with a motorcoach transportation. Meet other attendees and guests while touring this fantastic city!
