Dr. Martin has been President of the Palmer College of Chiropractic West since 1992. He is currently also serving as President of The Council of Chiropractic Education. Prior to assuming the Presidency at Palmer West, Dr. Martin was in private practice of chiropractic in Lancaster, California, during which time he served many offices in his local and state associations, including the Presidency of the California Chiropractic Association. He also served as a member of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners for the State of California.
