has served for 14 years as a member of the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners. When he was appointed in 1986 at age 28, he was the youngest person ever appointed to the Georgia Board. Dr. Kinney currently serves as a Chief Examiner for Part IV of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners at one of the Atlanta test sites. He has also served on the Part III and Part IV test committees.

Dr. Kinney has received numerous awards including the Physician of the Year Award from the Georgia Board of Workers Compensation, and the Young Chiropractor of the Year Award from the Georgia Chiropractic Association. He is in private practice in Albany, Georgia and is also president of the Industrial Consultants and Associates providing ergonomic and safety consulting services to numerous business and industry clients including Merck and Company Pharmaceuticals, Coats and Clark, and Hunt Wesson/Beatrice Peter Pan.
