Dale J. Atkinson is a partner in the law firm of Atkinson & Atkinson which represents Association of Regulatory Boards of Optometry (ARBO), the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB), Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), Federation of Associations of Regulatory Boards (FARB) for which he also acts as Executive Director, American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE), National Board Examination Committee for Veterinary Medicine (NBEC), Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (FCLB), and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), as well as other groups.

He received his law degree from Northwestern School of Law, Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Atkinson represents the referenced associations in all matters relating to regulation, disciplinary actions, model legislation and applications, and all phases of examination programs including the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is a frequent speaker before these association clients as well as other regulatory groups.
