Continuing Education for DCs

• CE requirements for DCs in the U.S.
  Every US jurisdiction except NJ requires licensed DCs to receive continuing education credits for renewal of licensure. Please contact the boards for specific requirements or courses. Many boards have CE information listed on their website(s). The Official Directory will list an overview of requirements for each state/province.

Applicants requesting approval of proposed continuing education program(s) must contact the licensing jurisdiction(s) in which they are seeking approval.

Each state/provincial licensing board approves the CE courses for their licensees. In order to make the process easier, the FCLB developed a universal application form for providers. Please note that not all jurisdictions will accept the universal form and approval of a CE course by one board does not imply or ensure approval by other boards. The application is in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader) for printability. Vendors will want to utilize the application, the acceptance chart, and the member boards contact page to complete their application process. Mailing labels of member chiropractic board offices may be purchased through the FCLB office for a nominal fee.
