The newest addition to the FCLB staff, Kelly Webb is responsible both for coordinating the developing PACE program and for assisting with writing and correspondence needs of the Federation. An Honors graduate with a Masters’ in English language and writing, Kelly brings to the FCLB her experience as both a writing instructor and as an academician.
