FCLB Vice President

Dr. Daniel Saint-Germain was elected FCLB Vice President at the 81st FCLB Educational Congress in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Saint-Germain has represented Quebec for the FCLB since 1993 and has previously served as the FCLB Treasurer, District III Director, and Alternate Director. Dr. Saint-Germain has practiced in Québec since 1975 following his graduation from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Saint-Germain has been involved with the Québec Licensing Board since 1980, first in the examinations process, then serving on the board from 1987 to 1991. Since 1991, he has held the seat as Chair of the Licensing Board Admission Committee. He represented Québec on the Canadian Federation of Chiropractic Regulatory Boards since 1986 and has served as President since 1994. He also served on the Council on Chiropractic Education - Canada in 1991-92.
