Julie Finn serves as Executive Assistant, assisting the Board of Directors and Executive Director. She is also primary Meeting Planner for the Federation, coordinating the myriad details of multiple conferences, educational meetings, and business travel. Having joined the FCLB in 2000, she brings years of legal business experience and a warm sense of humor to help us serve our member boards.
