Fellows
Individuals are considered "Fellows" of the Federation as long
as they continue to be legal members of their respective board for a period
of five years; thereafter, any "Fellow" who has been a continuous
member of the Federation for five or more years, and is no longer serving on
an eligible board, shall become an Honorary Fellow of the Federation.

(Board Members and Personnel) The NBCE holds their annual delegate
meeting on Friday.
