Registration and testing are scheduled to be offered online in late fall of this year. |

The initial certification fee is $150 and includes the exam fee. |

After the first year of certification, a renewal fee of $35 is charged for records maintenance every two years. |

Education

The FCLB will post a list of approved training courses. Other courses may also meet the training criteria. |

|
For currently practicing CAs, experience may be submitted in place of structured training (specific parameters are being discussed). |
|

|
CAs must complete 300 supervised patient contact hours in the first year of certification. |
|
•
|
To maintain certification, CAs must complete 6 hours of continuing education every two years. |

| Testing |

The certification exam will be offered continuously online. The FCLB has selected the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners as the exam provider. |
