Donna M. Liewer, FCLB Executive Director dliewer@fclb.org   Donna Liewer has served as the Federation's Executive Director since 1990. An award-winning graphic artist and Phi Beta Kappa scholar, she has worked in professional chiropractic administration since 1983, with the Federation and previously the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Joan B. Carl, Finance and Benefits Manager jcarl@fclb.org   Joan Carl is has handled the Federation's financial transactions and oversight since 1995. She has an extensive background and experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, investments, and human relations / benefits management. Her attention to detail and passionate commitment to accuracy have consistently earned the FCLB high marks on every annual audit.

Julie A. S. Finn, Executive Assistant and Meeting Planner  jfinn@fclb.org   Julie Finn serves as Executive Assistant, assisting the Board of Directors and Executive Director. She is also primary Meeting Planner for the Federation, coordinating the myriad details of multiple conferences, educational meetings, and business travel. Having joined the FCLB in 2000, she brings years of legal business experience and a warm sense of humor to help us serve our member boards.

Bridget A. Seader, CIN-BAD and Special Projects Administrator bseader@fclb.org Bridget joined the Federation in 1999 with extensive background in human services and database reporting. She supports both member boards and commercial subscribers as they utilize the CIN-BAD system’s growing databases. Her warm and welcoming demeanor are complemented by her excellent communication skills and love for people.

Kelly R. Webb, PR and PACE Coordinator kwebb@fclb.org  Kelly Webb is responsible both for coordinating the developing PACE program and for assisting with writing and correspondence needs of the Federation. An Honors graduate with a Masters’ in English language and writing, Kelly brings to the FCLB her experience as both a writing instructor and as an academic.
